Stability
1) Zn2(oxo)(mtz)2/CALF-20M is stable in air, stable in aqueous and strong alkaline conditions. It is stable in humidity and acidic atmosphere.
2)High thermal stability, thermal decomposition temperature above 350 ° C
Preservation
1) Keep sealed in dry and cool condition 
2) It is recommended to activate for 12 hours at 120 degree in vacuum before Gas-Adsorption test

Applications
1) Prospective material for CO2 capture, CO2 uptake: 2.15mmol/g (P/P0=0.1, R.T.) and 2.8mmol/g (P/P0=1, R.T.) 
2) Compared with CALF-20, the Zn(oxo)mtz has better adsorption of CO2 in higher moisture condition. CO2 uptake under 70% RH is abve 0.7mmol/g [r2]
3) With ultramicro pores around 0.3nm, it is prospective in separation of other industrial gas
