Stability
1) Highly stable in solutions
2) Thermal stability: High thermal stability, stable up to 600°C
Preservation
1) Store in a dry and sealed condition at room temperature or low temperature
2) It is recommended to activate in a vacuum oven at room temperature for 3 hours before use.
Other Features
Fluorescence: It has solid-state fluorescence. Compared with the model compound A, its UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra show obvious red shifts of 55 nm and 37 nm respectively (adsorption and emission wavelengths are not mentioned). It is an excellent semiconductor material with a LUMO of -3.23 eV and a band gap of 2.36 eV. It has a highly conjugated structure and can strongly bind to NAD⁺ through π-π stacking interactions, promoting photoinduced charge transfer.
Applications
1) Used in photocatalytic coenzyme regeneration, which can significantly improve the coenzyme regeneration efficiency, such as for NADH regeneration.
2) Applied in coenzyme-assisted synthesis of L-glutamate, achieving a record-high yield of 97% within 12 minutes.
